Comedy stars are lining up to pay tribute to Sussex comic legend Spike Milligan.
Eric Sykes, Paul Merton, Michael Palin, Terry Jones, Harry Enfield and Eddie Izzard are among those who will be sharing anecdotes and readings at a special event to honour his life and works.
Spike's work will be remembered through his stories, poetry, sketches and films at the Tribute To Spike on September 15 at the Guildhall in London.
It has been organised by Sir George Martin, record producer for the Beatles and the Goons, who was a close friend of Spike's.
Spike died of liver failure at his home in East Sussex in February aged 83 after a long illness.
Tickets are priced from £25 to £150. Call 0207 6388891.
