I have written to Brighton and Hove City Council about the Madiera Drive and Kemp Town seats. It wrote and told me, yes, they are in an awful mess, so why is it spending £100,000 on a bell for the clock tower?
Yes, it is Victorian but so are our shelters, seats, lights and lift. I am so sick of reading what the council spends money on.
What has happened to the money which it had to spend on the east side of the Palace Pier?
