Doctors across the world say you can laugh your way to good health.
If that's the case, prepare to feel in tip-top condition after seeing Brian Mitchell and Dave Mounfield's new show.
Fresh from the success of their Laughter Happening and The Cheeky Guide To Brighton show (which both won rave reviews during the Brighton Festival), Brighton's premiere celebrity fat boys are back with a traditional, full English slap-up feast of sketch comedy.
Under the healthy influence of Monty Python and Absolutely, Dave and Brian's style is a kind of smart slapstick, bridging literary and cultural references with more bawdy, rompish humour.
Their show has that infectious wit that can only come from two mates mucking about on stage.
Their timing and writing is of the highest calibre and their delivery is invigoratingly loose.
They can be silly and surreal but their humour is firmly based in being downright laugh-your-head-off funny.
The comedy couple has amassed CVs to make anyone envious.
Dave is best known locally for compering the Comedy Dairy at Komedia. He recently appeared on Channel 4 in The Barftas, a spoof award show by Victor Lewis-Smith, and has appeared on The People Vs Jerry Sadowitz on Channel 5.
Brian and long-time writing partner Joseph Nixon have written for Alive And Kicking, the resurrected Basil Brush and had their own sketch series on ITV called Slightly Filthy, which Brian appeared in and which also starred Dave.
At points during the show, Dave and Brian will try to answer just what is meat and two veg.
Dave said: "The show is a blend of a handful of the best bits of the old show, some old ones which haven't seen the light of day for a long time and some from the telly show which never quite made it but we thought should have.
"If people have seen us before and liked us, they should come because it's our most ambitious show to date.
"There's some clever stuff and some stupid stuff but it has a very different feel and a different tone to what we've done before, which is good.
"It's heart-stoppingly funny. Especially for fans of the way sketches used be - slightly longer and more involving.
"We're setting out to be funny rather than clever, which seems to be the trend nowadays."
Wonderfully daft and intelligently funny; stuff yourself silly with a great, steaming plateful of side-splitting sketches, jokes and songs from one of the most engaging double acts emerging on the circuit.
