I have written to Brighton and Hove City Council about Madeira Drive and Kemp Town seats.
It replies to say yes, they are in an awful mess, so why is the council spending £100,000 on a bell for the Clock Tower?
Yes, it is Victorian but so are our shelters, seats, lights and lift. I am so sick of reading what the council spends money on when it could repair the wonderful Victorian architecture we have in Kemp Town.
What has it spent the money on it had for the east side of the Palace Pier?
