Why not take all commercial, industrial and household rubbish out to a rig, well offshore? There, shred, burn off and pulverise it into compacted blocks, return the blocks to shore and use for groynes, surf breakers and foundations for piers and runways around the coastline of the UK, as in Gibraltar, Hong Kong and Wellington, New Zealand.
