Glamour girl Jordan's manager said today he was confident bankruptcy proceedings against her would be dropped.
The Inland Revenue has filed papers at the High Court for £350,000 in tax on her earnings.
The case is listed under the Brighton model's real name of Katie Price for October 24.
However, her manager Dave Read told us the matter should now be settled.
He said: "She received a final warning.
"But we have a good accountant on board now who has sorted out all her accounts.
"Although the case is still listed, we are confident it will be coming off the list before that date."
He added the main payment was made to the taxman six weeks ago with another last Monday.
A High Court spokesman said it was possible for a case to remain listed after a claim has been settled.
The bankruptcy proceedings mark the latest episode in a string of problems to have beset the 24-year-old top-shelf model.
Her son Harvey, fathered by Blackburn Rovers striker Dwight Yorke, was born blind in May.
Then she was diagnosed with a rare form of cancer after her manicurist discovered a lump on her left index finger.
The lump was removed but Jordan was concerned if the cancer spread she might have to have her hand amputated.
Yesterday it was announced she had received the all-clear from doctors.
