The UK online interactive service has gone live after a redesign by the Office of the e-Envoy (OeE).
It offers a single point of access to central and local government services and information through digital TV.
Since a trial service was launched, almost 100,000 households have used the service.
The new navigation provides information on learning, health, local information and travel.
OeE's director of e-communications Bill Edwards said: "By putting this service on a digital platform we are able to bring UK online to literally millions of homes that might not otherwise access it."
