I can sympathise with the lady who had an electricity bill for more than £3,000 from NPower (The Argus, October 31).
We are in the same situation. No first bill but two red reminders for more than £2,000, the first in July and the second in October.
We phoned NPower on both occasions and were assured we would receive an amended bill. We have heard nothing.
A week ago, I wrote a letter. Still nothing. We know the amount is wrong but it is still very worrying.
