Six sides from around the county go into FA Vase action this weekend.
Like Peacehaven seven seasons ago, Burgess Hill went out at the quarter-final stage last season. Tomorrow they visit Eastern Counties League side Stanway Rovers.
Manager Danny Bloor, who was assistant to Gary Croydon when they went out to Tiptree in the final eight last season, watched Stanway in midweek. Ironically, they lost 4-0 to Tiptree in an Essex Senior Cup tie.
Bloor said: "Tiptree were a much changed side, so you can't read too much into it. Stanway are a neat and tidy footballing side.
"After last season's good run we are desperate to have another good run."
Burgess Hill will be without Sean Randell (groin) but Bloor hopes to have an otherwise full strength squad to choose from, including Steve Harper who is back in training after a knee problem.
Selsey visit Eastern Counties League side Soham Town Rangers with player-manager Danny Hinshelwood being the only absentee with a long-term knee problem.
Whitehawk entertain Ryman League division two side Abingdon Town with Mark Sheriff and Simon Rowland both suspended and Carl Southwell injured. Terry Cooper returns after missing last week's win over East Preston.
Sidlesham are making a weekend trip of their clash with Lowestoft. Richard Towers' side are staying in Suffolk tonight and return on Sunday. They will be without the manager's son Dave Towers, who is on holiday, Ben Johnson and Mark Wozniak.
Arundel play host to Erith Town from the Kent League premier division but will be without Andy Arnold who is on holiday.
