Having survived two guerrilla wars in the Sixties and having studied commerce and criminal law at about that time as well, I am not going to be intimidated by what, to my mind, is an unjust social and economic Government policy which persecutes vulnerable people because mental health is low on the political agenda.
This will ultimately have to be re-addressed in the House of Commons, like Margaret Thatcher's poll tax of the early Nineties.
