The article about the new National Park by Krista Beighton (The Argus, November 13) is inaccurate and therefore misleading.
It reports that "Village Way North at Falmer, the proposed site of the new Brighton and Hove Albion stadium, and Lewes town both remain within the boundary".
The site for the stadium was excluded from the new National Park when the proposals were first published and, following this latest review of the boundaries, it remains outside.
It is in the existing Area of Outstanding Natural Beauty (AONB).
However, the site will be de-designated if the National Park goes ahead.
So the site which is already allocated for development will not even be in the AONB when the National Park comes into force.
For the sake of accuracy, the site allocated for the transport interchange and coach park for which two designs have been submitted - one on Village Way South and one on Village Way North - are in the planned new National Park.
