Far be it for me to pick holes in Ian Hart's scheme to have large donations deposited into the bank to save our Seagulls but what about those who can only afford small donations on a weekly basis?
Why not ask all newsagents if they would have collection boxes in their shops to enable small donors such as me to contribute what we could afford?
Always remember - look after the pennies, the pounds will look after themselves.
