Haydn Chappell's concerns about lost post in Crawley (Letters, November 13) also ring true for Hove.
In the past six months, I have personally met neighbours in Neville Avenue, Moyne Close, Wayfield Avenue and others who have the same house number as myself.
They had received my mail and vice versa. In addition, I have been sent cinema tickets, theatre tickets, hotel confirmations and invitations, none of which has arrived.
I have had to go to the trouble of stopping the tickets and having them re-issued and sent by recorded delivery, which, thank goodness, is foolproof although it costs me dear.
I, too, have a 14-year-old who is sent pocket money from her grandparents in the post. One month, she did not receive it.
Royal Mail, what is going on? Whatever the problem is, please rectify it before the Christmas rush.
