Liz Toole likes to paint dogs and lots of them. Cute and colourful, her pictures portray man's best friends as they go about their daily business.
Long, tall, fat and thin, all the mutts are here, packed with character and life.
Using acrylics, pens and coloured pencils, Liz paints on pieces of recycled wood she picks up around Brighton.
She says this adds another dimension and sense of history to her work.
And don't think you have to have a meal at Saucy, in Church Road, to see the exhibition. The staff welcome passers-by with no obligation.
Opening hours are Monday to Friday, noon-3pm and 6.30pm-11pm, Saturday, noon-11pm and Sunday, noon-3pm. Entry is free. Tel 01273 204800.
