I quote from The Argus: "Since the council took over parking enforcement it has worked hard to make the city a safer place and easier to move around by taking action against illegal parking."
If the above is correct, why do cars park on bus stops, for instance at Woolworth's, Goldstone Villas, Hove, and get away with it?
