Theatre bosses in Brighton have launched their own search for a star.
Panto Star is being run by the Theatre Royal to search for a performer who wants to take to the stage in front of more than 1,800 people alongside acting stars Lesley Joseph, Laurie Hagan and Glynn Sweet.
The venue has teamed up with the UK's biggest panto producers, Qdos Entertainment, to look for a guy or a girl to appear in two performances of Snow White And The Seven Dwarfs, which runs from December 12 to January 19.
Anyone able to sing, dance and entertain is invited to go along to the auditions next Saturday, November 30.
Wannabes who must be over 16 will be given a minute to impress judges.
The panel includes Southern FM's Moody, Jakki Phillips, entertainment editor of The Argus and editor of this is Brighton and theatre chief executive Julien Boast.
Application forms are available from the theatre in New Road or people can turn up at 9am next Saturday to register in the foyer.
