Worthing's pack turned on full power to hammer rivals Cobham 37-6 in London Two South.
The Roundstone Lane men needed a convincing performance after the previous week's shock defeat at Effingham and Leatherhead and the big men made sure they got it.
Worthing are placed second in the league and on course for promotion.
Skipper Mike Imrie had the best view of their work from scrum half.
He said: "The pack needed to stand up and be counted and they most definitely did.
"Cobham were disappointed and played on the edge of the law but our forwards coped with it well.
"The backs didn't get an awful lot of ball but we will settle for six tries to nil in what was viewed as a four-pointer."
No.8 Aaron De Boer scored twice for Worthing with back row colleague Jodie Levett also crossing thanks to a 50-yard blindside break.
The backs took their chances when they came. Wing Martin Eze rounded off a sparkling move and Simon Swadling and Terry Butler also crossed.
Swadling added a conversion and Ben Coulson kicked a penalty and a conversion.
