Killer tycoon Nicholas Hoogstraten was today expected to give evidence in a legal dispute with his victim's family.
Hoogstraten was jailed for ten years for the manslaughter of Mohammed Raja after the Old Bailey heard he sent round two men to scare Mr Raja into dropping the case.
It continued today at the High Court in London and Mr Justice Peter Smith ordered Hoogstraten to attend.
At an earlier hearing Sussex landlord Hoogstraten was ordered to disclose his personal fortune.
He has not done so and the judge says, unless he does, he remains in contempt of court.
