A former police inspector appeared in court today to face charges of downloading child pornography from the internet.
Christopher Wratten, 48, who resigned from Sussex Police, was at Crawley Magistrates Court to face 27 charges of making indecent photographs or pseudo images of a child, between November 30, 2000 and December 15, 2001.
