Councillor Tex Pemberton clearly has difficulty in grasping the problem highlighted by Worthing's senior traffic warden regarding parking in Chapel Road.
His solution to solve the problem does not address the matter at all.
Why does he not listen to the people who work in the area to fully understand the problem?
Traffic congestion increases pollution, which I am under the impression is something to be avoided, but does not seem to be a priority to Coun Pemberton.
Incidentally, I would be interested in his comments about the lack of high-profile lighting at Worthing station -it's an accident waiting to
happen.
