A woman accused of murdering her husband eight years ago was today granted bail by a judge.
Dena Thompson, 42, was charged last week with the murder of 31-year-old Julian Webb.
She was remanded in custody by Worthing magistrates on December 11 until December 23, when she is due to appear at Lewes Crown Court.
However, a bail application made in private at Lewes Crown Court today was granted by Mr Justice Wright.
Mr Webb's body was discovered at the couple's home in Yapton, near Arundel, in July 1994.
Thompson, of Larks Rise, Cullompton, Devon is charged with killing her husband between June 30 1994 and July 1 1994.
