Albion player Kerry Mayo handed over a signed shirt to a lucky fan who successfully bid at a charity auction.
Linda Dwyer, 33, was presented with the home centenary shirt after she bid £125 for it in aid of the charity, SeeAbility.
Defender Mayo made a personal appearance last night at the Crown pub in Church Street, Seaford, to hand Mrs Dwyer the shirt.
She bid for it at a silent auction as a 33rd birthday present for the Crown's landlord and lifelong Albion supporter Jon Holmes.
Mrs Dwyer, of Chichester Road, Seaford, said: "It was a lovely evening and we are really pleased the money is going to go to such a good cause."
