A director of a printing business has been banned from managing a company after running up debts of almost £210,000.
Colin Simpson was a director of Wordunit Limited, Compton Way, Crawley, which traded as Jubilee Press.
The company went into liquidation in September 2000 with estimated debts of £209,671.
Mr Simpson, of Old Worthing Road, East Preston, agreed not to hold directorships or take any part in company management for four years.
He was forced to make the undertaking after admitting letting the company continuing to trade when he knew it was insolvent.
The Insolvency Service also found he failed to ensure that the company filed company accounts with the Registrar of Companies between July 31, 1998, and July 31, 1999.
