Horsham are joint leaders with Reading in division 1 of the British League after the second of four weekend sessions.
Playing at London Progress, Horsham were boosted by the division one debut of England No.4 junior Dominic Hall.
But they were without injured captain Andy Walker, he was gallantly replaced by the Sussex No.1 woman Sally Weston.
Horsham beat the host club 6-2, and drew 4-4 with Ellenborough. They then defeated Cippenham 7-1 but were beaten 5-3 by Tunbridge Wells.
Hall was in peak form in three of the four matches. He lost, surprisingly, to Ellenborough's Gary Tendler but in the last match beat former Horsham No.2 Adrian Moore, while Horsham No.4 Ramash Ballah brought down Mark Romano.
The Horsham B team won three of their matches. They overpowered Oxford 6-2, Hastings 7-1 and Guildford 5-3 before losing 6-2 to Melksham to finish third in the division two table.
Graham Carter, the Horsham B captain, defeated Hastings champion Paul Barry 13-11 in the fifth game to record the best win of his career as Horsham crashed 7-1.
The prestigious Seaman and Nicholls Cups will take place on May 25, although they clash with the national team finals in which Hastings women's team could be involved.
