A man has been remanded in custody after denying possession of drugs with a street value of more than £60,000.
Roger Johnson, 54, was arrested last Tuesday after police searched his home in Roderick Avenue, Peacehaven.
Officers found almost a kilo of amphetamines, 944 grams of herbal cannabis and 173 grams of cannabis resin, Crawley Magistrates Court heard yesterday.
Johnson pleaded not guilty to charges of possession with intent to supply amphetamines, herbal cannabis and cannabis resin.
The case was adjourned until January 20, when it will be committed to Crown Court.
