I Wwould like to thank The Argus for all its efforts in assisting me in overcoming a very serious problem I had with British Gas (electrical supply).
I had been battling with the company for more than two years and wished to be transferred to my original supplier, Seeboard. British Gas has now promised it will refund in total all bills I paid to it and I can pick up with Seeboard where I left off.
British Gas has also offered me £100 in compensation for all the problems it caused and I have accepted this. Thank you once again.
