Did you see Twelve Angry Men (1957) at Christmas, starring Henry Fonda?
While I watched this old classic - the story of a jury with one lone juror eventually convincing the remaining 11, one by one, not to condemn a young man to death because of "reasonable doubt" of his guilt - I couldn't help but compare the jury to the international community who were at first convinced
of the need for death through war but, one by one, became convinced otherwise.
