Worthing have been told they face their toughest test yet as they chase a second successive promotion.
Skipper Mike Imrie and his men visit London Two South rivals Gosport and Fareham aiming to extend their four-point advantage at the top of the table.
Gosport are currently third and will be virtually out of the title running if Worthing can put a dent in their impressive home record.
Imrie said: "This is our biggest match so far but they are all important now.
"Gosport are unbeaten at home for a year and a half but this is a must win one for them to stay in with a sniff of the title."
Worthing, for whom centre Adam Holloway plays his last game before trying his luck in New Zealand, have struggled in the past when coming back from the Christmas break but Imrie is confident that will not be the case this time.
He said: "We had a good fitness session on Monday and everyone enjoyed it. I think the break will prove beneficial to us this year rather than a hindrance."
Tony Cruz and Mark Adams are both unavailable so Alistair Coombe earns a recall on the wing.
