A court hearing about a proposed £1.5 million seafront superclub has been delayed again.
Lawyers for nightclub firm Po Na Na have asked for more time to prepare their case for a 1,040-capacity club to get the go-ahead.
They are appealing against magistrates' refusal of a licence for the club at the Aquarium Terraces development in Madeira Drive, Brighton.
The three-day hearing was due to start at Lewes Crown Court on Monday, having been rearranged from December 18.
Instead the case has been postponed until March 3.
Brighton magistrates turned down the licence bid in August.
