Albion will face Plymouth Argyle or Dagenham and Redbridge in the Fourth Round of the FA Cup if they overcome Norwich.
The Seagulls, first out of the hat in the draw at 1pm today, will host either Second Division Plymouth or non-League Dagenham who fought out a 2-2 draw on Saturday.
Steve Coppell's side must first overcome Norwich in a replay a week tomorrow after their Third Round clash was abandoned due to a power failure at Carrow Road.
Dagenham host Plymouth in their third round replay the same night after former Albion forward Junior McDougald equalised to keep the Conference club in the Cup.
Fourth round matches will be played on Saturday January 25 or Sunday January 26.
The pick of the ties is Farnborough Town's home clash with Cup holders and Premiership leaders Arsenal.
Meanwhile, Chelsea face a potential banana skin with a visit to Third Round giant killers Shrewsbury Town who knocked out Everton on Saturday.
Albion fans with tickets from Saturday's abandoned Third Round tie at Norwich will not have to pay to watch the replay.
Tickets for the rearranged clash on Tuesday January 14 will be valid providing the counterfoil has been retained.
Supporters now unable to make it to the match can obtain a full refund from the ticket office in Queens Road, Brighton, as long as the counterfoil is returned by Friday January 10.
A limited number of tickets will be available to Albion fans at the turnstiles on January 14, priced £16 adults, £11 concessions and £4 under 12's.
