St Leonards remain entrenched in the bottom two following an 8-1 humiliation at midtable Ashford Town.
Adrian Stone was the scourge of the East Sussex side, notching a remarkable five goals as Saints capitulated in the second half to their second 8-1 reverse of a wretched season.
Stone set the ball rolling with a pair of almost identical half-volleys before Peter Baker pulled one back with a delightful 20 yard chip five minutes before the break.
Visiting manager Terry White switched from 5-3-2 to 4-4-2 at half-time but the decision backfired as Ashford exploited the extra space in attack.
Dave Hassett and Stone made it 4-1 by the hour before the latter produced two more sublime finishes to bring up his quintet.
Paul Hallett thumped home a stunning seventh and a stoppage- time header from Barry Gardiner completed the rout.
