A scheme which aims to get young people into the workplace is appealing for help from the business sector.
Bridge To Employment is a scheme operating in East Brighton, which aims to help young people aged between 15 and 24 who want to gain work experience which may lead to employment.
Many young people who join have few formal qualifications and need to build up their CVs through work placements and experience.
Some have been given work experience opportunities with Brighton and Hove Albion, others at garages or stables.
The organisers are appealing for more employers to offer places.
Anyone who can help should telephone Paula Beesty on 01273 294244.
