An exhibition is being organised to show how small businesses can help build their employees' skills.
The exhibition, called Learning Pays! - Freedom To Succeed Through Skills - is being held by the Federation of Small Businesses (FSB)
with the Sussex Learning and Skills Council (LSC).
It takes place at the FSB's annual national conference, which is being staged in the Hilton Brighton Metropole on March 21 and 22.
More than 50 stands manned by training companies and business advice groups from the South-East will demonstrate how small businesses can increase their bottom line by boosting skills Customer care, sales skills, marketing, staff motivation, team building and stress management are just some of the taster training sessions on offer.
Henry Ball, executive director of the Sussex LSC, said: "Learning brings major benefits to everyone in the community and has been proven to provide the basis for a successful economy.
"This is a great opportunity for organisations to showcase their training and business skills to hundreds of small businesses in the South-East as well as more than 1,000 national small business leaders."
