Jimmy Quinn believes the incentive of facing Woking can spur his Lewes side to victory in their rearranged Trophy clash away to Gloucester City tonight.
The winners of tonight's match have been drawn at home to either Woking or Chesham United in the fourth round, with the Conference side expected to go through.
Quinn said: "It is an excellent draw. A Conference side at home? That is what we wanted but we have got to beat Gloucester first. It will give us an added incentive and it will motivate the players.
"Matches like that let you see how far you have got to go to make it to the top of the non-league game and in a one-off there is always a chance of an upset."
Woking are now managed by former Southampton midfielder and their squad includes a host of players with League experience including Dean Austin (Tottenham, Crystal Palace), Neil Smith (Gillingham, Reading), Nicky Banger (Southampton, Dundee) and Jonathan Coates (Swansea). They also include former Crawley striker Ben Abbey.
Lewes are hopeful tonight's game will go ahead after it was postponed on Saturday due to a frozen pitch.
Junior Kamara trained on Saturday after illness and returns to the squad but Joe Clark (back) is out.
Gloucester are currently seventh in the Dr Martens League western division.
The winners of tonight's game face either Woking or Chesham on February 1.
