Holders Eastbourne Borough made it to the last eight of the Sussex Senior Cup with an easy 3-1 win over County League side Wick at Crabtree Park.
Borough looked a class above from the start and Andrew Ducille got the scoring under way on six minutes after Stuart Tuck volleyed Darren Pearce's corner across goal.
Wick attacks were rare but Dean Lightwood was tested by a 30-yard free kick from Steve Poulton before Borough got their second on 16 minutes.
Ducille was again the scorer, this time getting on the end of a John Westcott cross.
Borough continued to dominate and they got their third five minutes before the break.
Pearce played Scott Ramsay through and he controlled well before blasting the ball into the back of the net.
Borough stepped down a gear in the second half but still managed to create chances and twice Ducille should have got his hat-trick but for bad finishing and good goalkeeping from Darren Pye in the home goal.
Wick pulled a goal back on 77 minutes when Poulton latched on to Paul Morby's pass and finished well despite Tuck's efforts to clear.
Borough nearly made it four on 83 minutes but both Rob Longhurst and Ramsay saw shots cleared off the line.
Horsham's eagerly awaited clash with Crawley Town will now go ahead on Tuesday January 28, not next midweek as had been anticipated.
