Brighton Cougars Cadets went down 80-60 to Hackney White Heat, despite 23 points from Matt Norris.
Cougars were 20-8 down at the end of the first quarter, but won the second quarter 24-20 with a fine team performance to be 40-32 down at half-time. Although Cougars coped well with Hackney's full court press, the Brighton team were unable to build on their improvement.

Cougars under-13s defeated Southampton Trailblazers 42-36, despite starting with a ten-point deficit as they named a squad of only nine players.

The under-13s suffered their first defeat of the season, going down 71-40 to Solent Stars who started with a ten-point lead due to Cougars' nine-man squad.
