Lewes produced a below par performance against a poor Metropolitan Police side, but still ran out 3-0 winners to leapfrog Dulwich in Division One South.

The opener came in the 23rd minute when a low cross from the right by Danny Davis was sidefooted past Police goalkeeper Stuart MacKenzie by Ross Venables.
Four minutes later it was 2-0 when Paul Kennett drove the ball home through a crowd of players after Graham Harper's initial shot had rebounded back off the crossbar.
A minute after the interval the game was effectively won when a Davis corner found the unmarked Stuart Hack who finished with a well placed header.
Met Police offered little with their best chance coming on the hour mark when Aaron Phillips mis-hit his attempt in front of an open goal.
