I had a beautiful dream that the authorities were going to build a football stadium at Falmer.
Lots of football supporters from all over England came to visit our seats of learning in Brighton and Hove and all got on very well.
The football supporters even sang songs and helped to create a really friendly atmosphere, particularly to get to campus.
I really must send my child to Sussex or Brighton University.
After all, on its very doorstep there will be thousands of thoughtful, kind, intelligent football supporters to help while away those winter evenings in decent and cheerful banter, particularly in the university bars.
I have heard the idea might spread to other university towns. Just think, Surrey, Warwick, Kent, all with tens of thousands of cheering supporters on their doorstep to help with studies.
I don't think it's right they should have such opportunities thrust upon them, too. I say keep it at Falmer.
Then I woke up, sweating.
