Lewes-based web consultancy bn2web has launched a pictures and exhibitions web site for the Royal Shakespeare Company (RSC).
The site enables members of the public to access the archives of the RSC's collection for the first time.
It contains photographs of performances and images of costumes, props and paintings that span centuries of productions of Shakespeare's plays.
bn2web won the project against competition from many web consultancies much nearer the RSC's Stratford base.
The project was supported by the National Lottery's New Opportunities Fund, which meant it had to be delivered on a limited budget and to strict deadlines.
