Father Christopher Jamison's piece on the demise of the A-Level (The Argus, January 28) makes me wonder where this leaves people such as me.
I returned to adult education three years ago and have gained GCSEs in
history and law and am in the middle of an A-Level in law.
If these are to be replaced by broader studies, does it mean if I do an evening class with a qualification at the end I have to study three subjects of which maybe only one will be of interest to me?
