A Mexican post-graduate student has landed a dream commission at Sussex University.
Ivan Saldana Oyarzabal is studying the plant from which tequila, Mexico's national drink, is made.
But he finds the quality of tequila in Britain so poor he'll have to import some if he wishes to drink to his success.
