Rower Debra Veal is to share her experiences with business leaders next month.
The 27-year-old became the youngest woman to row solo across the Atlantic last year after being left alone when her husband had to pull out.
She completed the 6,000-mile journey in a 23ft plywood boat in three months.
Debra, who runs an art consultancy business called The Well Hung Art Company, will share her experiences at the Sussex Enterprise annual conference on March 19.
Also due to speak are Mike Cooper, director of business development at Easyjet, and Mark Froud, Sussex Enterprise chief executive.
About 1,000 business chiefs are expected to attend the event at the Brighton Dome and more than 40 companies will exhibit.
