I am pleased the owner of Lacies, in Hove, is mindful of the concerns of some residents and is anxious the shop should not cause offence (February 4).
I have visited the shop and met Sue Sheppard, the owner, and found nothing on display that should cause offence or need a licence to be traded.
I hope residents will feel reassured the shop is not operating as a "sex shop".
It is very important we do not judge people because of their sexuality and I hope West Hove will continue to be tolerant and welcoming to all.
