Did you know Brighton and Hove's back streets are infested with rats?
In Stone Street, my friend and I have seen as many as 14 in three minutes and as many around closed shops in other areas.
Stone Street is at the back of McDonald's. Brighton and Hove City Council has been told but does nothing.
