Eastbourne Borough are through to the last four of the Sussex Senior Cup, despite being shocked after just 27 seconds on their own ground last night.
That was how long it took Craig Ottley to poke their County League neighbours Eastbourne Town into a shock lead after Stuart Tuck missed Luke Denton's cross.
Borough, however, came back to win 3-1 in front of 746 fans and will meet Worthing or Pagham in the semis.
Town could have gone further ahead but Gary Brockwell blasted just wide and Yemi Odubade saw his shot deflected off target.
The cup holders levelled on 29 minutes when Mark Goodwin set up John Westcott, who controlled the ball well before toe-poking home.
Lee Walsh headed off the line from John Price's header on 33 minutes before Westcott turned saviour when he cleared Darren Baker's mis-directed header.
Borough took the lead a minute after the break when Scott Ramsay fired home after turning well in the box. Odubade should have levelled on 58 minutes but shot over an open goal.
Borough sealed the win on 79 minutes when Ramsay set up Goodwin to score against his old club.
