On behalf of the Guide Dogs for the Blind Association (GBDA), I appeal
to readers to support our campaign which calls for an end to the disruption and distress caused to dogs and their owners by fireworks.
On Friday, February 28, a Private Members Bill, to restrict the noise levels, sale and use of fireworks, tabled by Bill Tynan MP, receives its second reading in the Commons.
-I urge everyone who feels strongly about this to write to their MPs to encourage them to attend the House on the day and vote. For further information, call 0118 983 8380/8242 or email alison.wade@gdba.org.uk.
