The trial of two people accused of supplying crack cocaine has collapsed during the fourth day of their trial.
Builder Adam Brooks, 21, of Zion Gardens, Brighton and Amy Scott, 20, a trainee nurse, of Princes Crescent, Brighton, both denied the allegations.
The trial was halted by a judge at Lewes Crown Court yesterday for legal reasons and a retrial was ordered.
The jury was discharged.
Both defendants are alleged to have been involved in the supply of crack cocaine to undercover police officers at Preston Park railway station, Brighton.
