Will the ball on Brighton's Clock Tower ever be fixed? In an article headed "Clock Tower broken already" (The Argus, January 8), a Brighton and Hove City Council spokeswoman said it was a faulty switch and it would be working again "later that day".
It's still not working. Can this council do anything at all?
