Fatboy Slim is being lined up for his biggest show in Brighton since last summer's infamous Big Beach Boutique.
The Hove-based DJ is pencilled in to headline a May Day party and barbecue at Brighton Racecourse.
The event has not been given the green light by licensing magistrates yet, but organisers say it would be strictly ticket-only, unlike "Normstock" when 250,000 turned up for the free beach gig.
Other acts on the Boutique bill would include 2Many DJs and Doves.
Organisers issued a press release saying the inside of the racecourse would be transformed for the event on Sunday, May 4. There would be car parking and a special bus to and from the city centre.
However, those behind the event were remaining tight-lipped about releasing further information ahead of the licensing magistrates' decision.
