Chichester are eyeing a double after reaching their second successive Sussex Trophy final.
They returned to Saint Hill, scene of last year's final defeat to Worthing, on Sunday and beat hosts East Grinstead 25-15 in the semis.
They must now wait to see whether they face Worthing, Haywards Heath or Crowborough with the other half of the draw some way behind schedule.
Chi need two wins from their last three games to clinch the London Four South East title.
Sunday's win was richly deserved as they outscored Gs 4-0 on tries, though it took a late score by the outstanding Simon Bradford, converted by Nick Stanton, to settle the outcome.
Brothers Tom and Ben Polhill also crossed, as did Tim Rogers.
Stanton kicked a penalty while Gs managed five penalties, shared between Stuart Sorrell and Masters.
Tom Polhill was playing his last game before embarking on an extended trip to Africa, He also missed last year's final due to injury.
His brother Ben, who skippers the side, said: "He's a bit gutted about that but we took him out after the game and gave him a good send-off.
"It was a great result for us. It's just starting to sink in that we have reached two finals in a row.
"Our back play was fantastic. We looked like scoring every time we got the ball but the forwards did a good job too at set pieces.
"The only thing we will have to work on is not giving away so many penalties."
Chi face a tough league trip to Crawley on Saturday and are keen to win to set up the chance of clinching the title at home to Guy's Hospital.
Otherwise they could win the league in their last game at Hove, which is also the venue for the Trophy final.
